Résidence Dangote - A tranquil haven in lively Thiès

The Dangote Group is one of the most diversified business conglomerates in Africa, with a hard-earned reputation for excellent business practices. For their expats working in Senegal they required the best accommodation specifications in the area. This, we were able to offer them.

Résidence Dangote is built on 500sqm of land, and contains a large front and back yard. The building comprises of eight spacious and luxurious apartments of 150 m2. These highly attractive apartments comprise of living room, separate kitchen, bathroom and three large bedrooms. The capacious balconies offer a wonderful view of the surrounding area of Grand Standing.

In January 2015, Senegal Real Estate has had the honour of presenting its proposal for the rejuvenation of Thiès City Center to the Mayor of Thiès. The request for project design and scoping that we received in October 2014, for the renovation of the 3 hectare large city centre, immediately fired up our passion.
